About Vanessa

Vanessa Spatafora is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Think: Difference Consulting, an organizational Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) partner for business and HR leaders. With over a decade of DEIB Leadership experience across Professional Services, Big Law, Start-up/New Tech, and Big Technology industries, Vanessa combines deep subject matter expertise with practical systemic disruption strategies. Through engaging experiences, Vanessa helps teams to build critical inclusion capabilities and explore new solutions for equitable employee experiences.

Notable companies of experience for Vanessa include Deloitte, Goodwin, DraftKings, and Amazon. In addition to real-to-life industry experience, Vanessa has also completed the Cornell University Diversity & Inclusion Certificate program for professionals.  

Vanessa was born and raised in Upstate N.Y. and is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Journalism & Communications in Boston MA, where she focused her studies on Global & Cultural Communications. She currently resides in Winthrop MA with her wife.
